| We cause so much pain in our lifetimes. We take so much from everything, and hardly give back. We're on the planet for such a short amount of time, roughly 80 years. 80 years..the world has been around for over 4 billion years.. Generation after generation of species grow and die, all within their short lifespan. Living. Evolution evolved neanderthals, cro-magnons, And it all comes back to us. With our short, pathetic technology driven, destructive lifestyles. Why is our life so short? Well if it was any longer, this planet would be gone. Every new generation that is born, is born into our own problems.. then they die. The problems stay and generations to come will always have our problems that we created. We all want to do something, but let's be honest, nothing is going to happen, We would have to sacrifice so much to throw this planet back into full swing. What a skeletal wreck we are. We can't fix this planet, so why even try? All we want is to see those hovercrafts take off, That's perfect because the time they do, there won't be enough land for us to live on. So what will happen? Well, humans will take to the skies of course, They will find a way to float up a city hundreds of kilometers in the sky, While the poor homeless, bastards fight each other to survive in what we used to live on, Which will become the dump to the federation. It'll be like Sunday night football, the half time show will be homeless saps fighting In some dog pit world to entertain the fat fucks that hover above. We will be such a perfect race it's disgusting. Everything will be some kind of anarchist authoritarian but we will believe we are free, Much like today but on a less real scale. Mind control will become more of a reality then it already is. We will do all this to ourselves, and probably find a way to extend our crusted lives from 80 years To well over 150, It won't matter because we will still die. Death will come, and bodies will fall and be forgotten to the ruins and oceans below, World population will soar because fucking will become a new sport. Nothing will bug us unless it's a technological failure, much like today But on a more real scale, the cell phone doesn't work, we buy a new one, ipod gets busted we buy a new one, Car breaks down we don't walk, we call in sick and go get it fixed. God forbid a little exercise. I'm not perfect and I'm also responsible for these haynes acts. The truth is, this all sounds horrible, but we're living it right now, it's already begun, The wheels are in motion and we can't stop it. There will always be those that will try and rebel and they are the people that will keep the human race "Sane". Giving us all hope and dependence On the rebels thinking they will actually make a change, Only to see them dead and falling on the news a few months or years later. I'll be dead and gone long before then. All we can do is thank fate we are the ones that will pass on Before this notion is completed. |
